About Biscoff Ladoo
Biscoff cookies, also known as Speculoos, are spiced cookies originating from Belgium. They are often served with coffee and can be used to make many desserts including puddings, cheesecakes, cakes, etc. I tried these laddus and they were an instant hit at home so I thought of sharing it here.
Biscoff Laddu is a fusion dessert that combines traditional Indian laddu with the taste of crunchy Biscoff cookies. If you are looking for a last minute sweet or a festive sweet or a unique sweet for a party or get together then this is perfect for you.
Laddus are my favorite and this fusion laddu has become my recent addiction. Trust me, I’m not a fan of Biscoff cookies, but these laddus were so delicious that I couldn’t stop with one. The only fact that stopped me from swallowing it was that they are reserved for children.

Biscoff Ladoo Ingredients
- Biscoff Cookies – This is the main ingredient of these laddus. I would not recommend any other biscuit as a replacement for this.
- desiccated coconut -It is added to add a structure to these laddus. Use finely dried coconut for this.
- condensed milk – This adds sweetness to the laddus and the mixture is added to bind them.
- Milk – I used regular milk. It is added to tie everything together.
- Ghee – Adds great flavor and richness. You can also take coconut oil instead.

- shaping – Use a small cookie scoop or large spoon to make evenly sized laddus.
- coating options – Roll the laddus in crushed Biscoff biscuits or desiccated coconut, or finely chopped nuts for extra crunch.
- move forward – The taste of these laddus becomes even better after a few hours in the refrigerator.
serving and storage
Store in a clean airtight container in the refrigerator. Since it contains milk, it needs to be refrigerated to increase shelf life. You can enjoy it with evening snack and coffee. This laddu keeps well in the refrigerator for about a week.
general questions and answers
1.Why is my laddu mix extremely dry?
The biscuit pieces may have absorbed more moisture than expected. Add a little more milk, a teaspoon at a time, until the mixture comes together easily.
2. Why is the mixture extremely sticky?
If the mixture is sticky, add a few more biscuit pieces or refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes before shaping.
3.Can I add dry fruits?
Absolutely. Chopped almonds, pistachios, walnuts, or cashews add a delicious crunch and pair well with the caramelized Biscoff flavor.
4.Can I freeze Biscoff Ladoo?
Yes, they freeze well for up to 1 month. Thaw in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
5.How long do Biscoff laddus last?
Store these in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Refrigeration is essential for these laddus for longer shelf life.
