    Oreo Mousse is a quick creamy dessert made using Oreo biscuits, fresh cream and a little sugar. It’s rich, chocolatey, and soft, but also very easy to put together. You don’t need a lot of ingredients or even cooking for this, mostly it’s just mixing and cooling. Whenever I have a sudden craving for something sweet, I make this recipe.

    This mousse is a great choice when you want to make something quick for guests or make something for your family. Kids love the Oreo flavor and this mousse tastes almost like a bakery style dessert but you can make it at home in minutes. It feels pleasant but not too heavy.

    Oreo Mousse is a creamy, chocolatey dessert made by mixing Oreo biscuits with fresh cream and sugar. Oreo Mousse is a quick dessert that can be made at home for unexpected guests and special occasions. Oreo Mousse is a perfect idea for celebrations.

    Oreo Mousse is a no-bake dessert consisting of crushed Oreo biscuits mixed with whipped cream to form a fluffy chocolatey mousse. It’s layered with biscuit pieces and cream so each spoonful is a little different. The best part is that you don’t need any baking skills to prepare it.

    The texture is creamy and airy, but with a slight crunch from the biscuit pieces here and there. If you want, you can also add some nuts or some chocolate chips to make it more interesting. The variations are endless – you can even flavor the cream with cocoa powder, coffee or vanilla essence for a twist.

    It’s very simple and doesn’t require setting like a traditional mousse with eggs or gelatin, it’s like a cheat version. Still, it tastes great and works well for parties or even for those busy days when you don’t have much time. You can even prepare it a few hours in advance and refrigerate until serving, making it very useful.

    When my kids ask for a quick dessert, I make Oreo Mousse. I usually serve these in small cups and they love it whenever I make it.

    • fresh cream – I used regular fresh cream. Whip it until soft peaks form, giving the mousse a creamy and fluffy texture. Be careful not to overbeat it or it may become buttery.
    • Oreo Biscuits – I used 8 ores. Some are coarsely crushed for mixing, and some are finely ground for coating and garnishing. They taste like chocolate biscuits.
    • Sugar – Just a spoonful of sweetness. If you like it very sweet you can add more. Sometimes I leave it out if the Oreo is already sweet enough.

    How to make Oreo Mousse step by step

    1.Take fresh cream in a mixing bowl, whip it until soft peaks form as shown below. Now take your favorite Oreo flavored biscuits. I used strawberry cream biscuits.

    • decorative cream – I usually refrigerate the cream before whipping, cold cream whips faster and better. Be careful not to overbeat, stop when you see soft peaks.
    • layering – Always start with the biscuit pieces at the bottom, then the cream, then the crushed Oreos. Not only does it look neat but it also tastes good when you take it out.
    • sweetness – I only added 1 tablespoon sugar because the Oreo is already sweet. You can do more or less depending on how sweet you like it.
    • add – If you want a change, try adding some choco chips, grated chocolate or some chopped nuts. Kids will love those extra treats.
    • serving cup – I mostly use small glass cups so the layers can be seen. It looks attractive without any major effort and guests always love it.
