White sauce sandwich is made with vegetable filling that includes onions, carrots, butter, milk, herbs and spices. This white sauce sandwich tastes so good that everyone will like it, so it can be perfect for the party as well.

Last week I made this white sauce sandwich and I enjoyed it completely. Who would say that this is not a creamy delicious sandwich. Bread slices, vegetables filled with vegetables filled with white chutney, Yama combo.
White sauce sandwich material
- Bread – You can choose to use white bread or brown bread.
- vegetables – I have used onions and carrots. You can use other vegetables like mushrooms, capsicum etc.
- butter – Butter is added to the vegetables to make step and white sauce.
- Flour – You can use either maida or wheat flour.
- Milk – Use full cream milk boiled and cool.
- Herbs – Parsley leaf, mint leaves, coriander leaves are used.
- Spices – Black pepper powder is used for spices.

How to step by step to make white sauce sandwich
1. In a pan – heat the butter when it starts to melt and fry until it becomes slightly golden and add carrots and counters to the raw smell leaves.


2. Now add maida and give a quick saute, then add the remaining ost spoon butter. Now add milk and keep stirring. Keep stirring until the mixture becomes slight thick and creamy. Cook on low flame. Add the required salt.


3. Sauce is thick in spreadable stability, add coriander and mint leaves, then parsley and black pepper powder. Give a quick mixture and switch off. Set different to cool. Toast bread with ghee until both sides turn golden brown.


4. Seal the white sauce prepared on one side of one roti and the other with roti. Cut into triangles and serve hot.

- You can add any vegetable of your choice. Shimla chillies, cabbage, peas, mushrooms are some of my suggestions.
- Thyme and black pepper powder gives a great taste.

- I used white bread, you can also use wheat or multiigraine bread.
- I cut each of them into small triangles to make the service easier for children and they would also like it.
- Just toast it until golden brown, which is enough.

- White sauce thickens over time, so close it accordingly.
- I have not added cheese, if you add 2 tablespoons of tightened cheese after the milk is thick.
- After applying white sauce, serve immediately that if the time of rest is given, the sandwich will be sandwich.

- 6 Slices Bread
- 1 Small Carrot
- 3 Tonge Big onion finely chopped
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 Tonge Flour (Wheat flour or maida)
- Half -and -a -half small spoon Chili powder
- Half -and -a -half small spoon Oregano leaves
- 2 small spoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
- 2 small spoon The mint leaves finely chopped
- ½ + ½ Tonge butter
- salt to taste
