I like to try a variety of sandwiches recipes, so I wanted to try egg sandwich with some of the last few slices of bread. I always finish making sandwiches with the remaining few remaining slices, whenever we buy bread.
This is my easy idea to make eggs Bhurji sandwich, you can feel free to modify it as per your choice. We had sandwiches with hot chocolate and it was such a Yama snack. You can also serve it at evening breakfast.


Egg Bhurji sandwich material
- Bread – White bread, whole wheat bread, or multiigraine bread can be used as per your choice, white bread is usually a soft and most ideal option.
- vegetables – I have used onion and capsicum. You can use other vegetables like carrots, mushrooms, corn etc.
- Egg – I have used regular eggs. You can also use brown eggs.
- Spice powder – Increases the overall taste and can be increased or reduced as per your choice.
- grated cheese – Freshly tightened cakes are preferred. I have used processed cheese. You can also use Mozerela Paneer.
- butter – The bread is added to toast slices and enhances the taste of sandwich.

How to step by step egg bhurji sandwich
1. Add oil, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala power and essential salt to the mixing bowl. Then add onion, capsicum and mix well.


2. Mix onion capsicum in a pan and fry for a few minutes until the raw smell of spices, set one side. Then scramble the egg thoroughly, add salt and pepper powder, set one side.


3. Take bread slices. Take a pile spoon filled with fried eggs first and add it to a bread slices. Add onion shimla masala to the top of it.
