    Pizza sandwich is a crisp and delicious sandwich that everyone in the family will enjoy.     This snack is very popular because it is very easy to make and so versatile. You can use any bread, white, brown or even multiigraine. Topping can be changed according to taste, so each sandwich can have a slightly different taste. Some prefer to add olives or mushrooms, others have simple cheese and vegetables.

    The flavor in pizza sandwich is very colorful yet simple. Paneer gives creamy taste, sauce is spurgy and vegetables give good crunch and color. It is a snack that can enjoy children and adults. You can make it spicy for young children or lightly spicy. Even adding a few drops of olive oil before grilling makes it slightly rich.

    • Bread slices – I have used white sandwiches bread, it softens and crisis inside. You can also use brown or multigrain for a healthy option. Some breads are a little thick, then I press a little before grilling.
    • pizza sauce – I spread it on bread for tangi and delicious base. If pizza sauce is not available, you can also use pasta sauce. I like to spread a little more for strong taste.
    • Onion chopped – I added onion for crunch and some sweetness. Finely chopped spring onion can be optional. Sometimes I want a soft texture before connecting onion lightly.
    • In a row – I use capsicum for color and crunch. Any bell chili will work, even mixed colors look good.
    • Sweet corn boiled – It gives light sweetness and soft texture. If fresh is not available, canned corn can also be used. I sometimes mix the sweet corn with a slightly grated carrot for the extra color.
    • Mosaic cheese – I use it for creamy and gooey texture. Other melting cheese like cakes or processed cheese can also work. More cheese makes sandwiches extra tasty.
    • Chili flex – I sprinkle it for small spices. You can leave it if you do not like spicy taste. I usually sprinkle after grilling so that children can eat without spices.
    • Oregano leaves – It gives good aroma and Italian taste. Dried basil can be used if needed. I like to sprinkle a little extra for the fragrance.
    • butter – I apply it to grill bread for crispness. Olive oil or ghee can also be used. The butter also gives a good golden color while grilling.
