About Channa Masala Sandwich
Channa Masala Sandwich is an interesting fusion that is loved and remembered by sandwich lovers. This recipe actually tells us how our kitchen experiments can have surprisingly delicious results. Additionally, this recipe is one of the most satisfactory dishes made by me in recent times.
Sandwich filling is prepared with soaked chickpeas overnight, onion, tomatoes, and Indian spices and make it a great choice for sandwiches. A water splash of lemon juice is added to the tongue and the chopped coriander leaves give the dish to its goodness. The mixture is lightly spicy, tangi and perfect, which is perfect for going between butter bread.
This gram masala sandwich is an idea of using the remaining chana masala instead of a recipe. I always use the remaining chana masala to make chana masala dosa or sandwich. This recipe was born from the requirement of something really interesting and quick.
I heated to the gram masala to thicken to the gravy, assembled the slices of the bread, and prepared the sandwich manufacturer. In a short time, I heated these sandwiches with ketchup, ginger tea and milkshakes for children. I also served this chana masala sandwich for my blogger friend, who went to meet me last year and she also loved it so that a post was correct?!

Chana Masala sandwich material

- Gram masala – You can use fresh or remaining spices. Make sure there is no water in the spice. Dry the masala completely otherwise the sandwich may get disgusting.
- Onion – I have added finely chopped onion to the spice. If you do not like the taste of raw onion then you can leave it.
