    Corn Chaat is a quick and delicious snack made using boiled sweet corn mixed with spice powder, onion, tomato and lemon juice. It is colored, light and full of taste. This chaat is one of the snacks that you feel hungry at any time and feels something quick and easy.

    You can often make corn chaat for the evening time or when you have the remaining corn. It is very simple, but butter has a really good taste with the taste of corn. The combination of lemon, spice powder and sev at the top makes it crisp and tasty. Children like this because it is a little sweet from corn and light spices.     Corn Chaat is a popular Indian style snack made with boiled corn in butter, spices, lemon and fresh vegetables. It is a mixture of sweet, tangling and spicy taste in a bowl. Chaat is a common street food in India and this version is quite light and healthy with corn compared to regular chats.

    Sweet corn pressure is usually cooked or boiled and then sauce with little butter to taste. It is then mixed with onions, tomatoes, carrots and spices powder such as red chillies, black pepper powder and chaat masala. If you like strong taste, you can also add green chutney or sweet chutney. Every bite has a little crunch and freshness.

    There are many variations that you can try to add cucumber, pomegranate or even boiled potatoes. I like this simple version that only uses some materials but still very tasty. This corn chat is immediate and it can be made easily and its quick chat crawings so quickly to satisfy. Try and enjoy!

    I make it mostly in the evening time when everyone wants a quick snack. It takes only a few minutes and can be made fresh just before serving. You can also make it a little spicy or light that you like.

    • sweet corn – I used boiled and corn. You can also use frozen, simply boil it before using.
    • Onion – I have used finely chopped onions for a little crunch. It balances the sweetness of corn very well.
    • Tomato – I added it to tangi taste and color. If you like less moist chaat then you can also leave.
    • Carrot – I tightened and used carrots. It adds color and texture. You can change with cucumber even if you want.
    • Masala powder – I used only red chili powder and chaat masala for spices and taste. You can add more or less as your want.
    • butter – Adding molten butter makes a good aroma and makes the chaat rich in taste.
    • Lemon juice – I have used Tangi for taste and freshness. I always add before serving for better taste.
    • save – I used plain sev for garnish. It gives crisp texture and good look. If you do not have you can leave.
    • coriander leaves – I have used for garnish and light fresh taste. You can also add mint leaves for additional freshness.

    1. 1 cup corn kernel for a pressure cooker, add 1 cup of water to it.

    • Cooking Corn – I usually pressurize to cook corn for some whistle until it becomes soft. You can also boil in open pots till the tender.
    • Mix – Mix everything just before serving the sev and vegies and will become the vegies, soft and soft, it should be maintained during eating so that the crunch can be served immediately.
    • sauce – You can add green chutney or sweet tamarind chutney to strong taste.
    • Serving – I serve it with additional sev in a small plate with lemon slices on the top and side. It looks good and has a good taste.

    Yes, you can use small oil instead, but butter gives good taste, so I like to use it.

    3. Can I add other vegetables?

    Yes, you can add some cucumber, boiled potatoes or pomegranate.

    4. Can I do it forward?

    It is better to prepare fresh. You can boil corn further but can mix other things before serving.

    5. Ice Corn Chaat Healthy?

    Yes, it is light and healthy if made with low butter. Corn gives fiber and energy, and veggies add freshness.

    • 1 cup Sweet corn kernel cooked
    • 2 Tonge Onion finely chopped
