Gram flour laddu ingredients
- gram flour flour – I used good gram flour. You can use coarse gram flour available in the market. Fry slowly on low flame to get the right texture and nice golden colour.
- Sugar – I have used finely ground sugar, it adds sweetness and blends well with the roasted gram flour. Do not use normal sugar, it will not mix easily.
- Ghee – I used homemade ghee for rich aroma and smooth texture. This adds good taste and helps the laddu to retain its shape. If the mixture seems dry then you can add some more ghee.
- cardamom powder – I always add cardamom powder, it gives a mild sweet aroma and enhances the flavor and taste.
- Cashew – I dry roasted it, chopped it finely and added it to the laddu mixture. It gives a nice crunch in every bite.
- pistachio – I added chopped pistachios on top for look and taste.
