    Sundar is made as a offerings or offering. Sundal is cooked legumes or lentils, early with spices and finally finished with fresh coconut that makes a filling and nutritious snack.

    Sundal is an integral part of Navratri offering. It is an essential Prasadam (offering) during Navratri and is distributed after daily worship. Beautiful is a simple, protein-rich, and snack filling that can consume all ages.

    Navratri is offered a 9 -day offer and every day a different variety is prepared by Sundal, which reflects diversity, health and devotion. The legumes are protein-rich, which causes both beautiful nutritious and filling.

    Instruction

    • Rinse the first beans thoroughly and drain the water.

    • Soak it for 6 to 8 hours depending on the beans used.

    • When the turmeric powder and hing are needed, cook pressure with water with salt.

    • Heat the oil in the pan tempora mustard seeds, add urad dal step until golden, then add hing, curry leaves divide it.
