About Paneer Sandwich
Paneer sandwich can be packed for your children’s snack box or is to be served for breakfast. I adapted my cheese Bhurji recipe to make this stuffing …. You can use the same stuffing for a bitter roll / frankie etc. or just roll it in plain flour, can wrap it and give it to your children.
I always have limited options when it comes to ordering sandwiches in restaurants because I do not like raw items in my sandwich and most vegetarian sandwiches come with raw tomatoes which is not a big for me. So I started creating my own sandwich according to my tastebuds and here is a simple cheese sandwich recipe.

Cheese sandwich material
- Cheese – Select to use fresh soft cheese. You can use either homemade cheese or store bought cheese.
- Bread – You can use wheat bread or white bread.
- vegetables – I have used onion, capsicum. You can use other vegetables like carrots, mushrooms etc.
- Masala powder – Red chili powder, garam masala powder is used.
- tomato sauce – A touch taste to fill tomato sauce.
- coriander leaves – It adds taste to filling.

Expert tips
- If you do not make the sauce too dry, the stuffing can spread out. Stuffing must be moist enough to stick to the bread.
- You can also make it as a seal sandwich using a sandwich manufacturer such as I made my vegetarian sandwich or just toast and made it open sandwich.
- You can also add other vegetables like carrots and cabbage along with cheese.
- I used homemade fresh cheese, so used it directly. If you want to use frozen cheese, first melt it, then uproot it.
- You can use the same cheese stuffing for a cut roll or frankie.
- You can also replace cheese with tofu and use brown bread for a more healthy and low -fat sandwich version.
