About Pepsi Ice
Pepsi Ice is basically frozen juice or flavored milk packaged in small pouches. You can make it using almost any fruit juice or milk flavor of your choice. The fun part is that you can make multiple colors and flavors at once. Each sip or bite is cool and refreshing, and kids enjoy watching the tubes empty very fast.
This dessert is simple but full of nostalgia. It tastes like the ice sold by vendors outside school in the 90s. You can use mango, watermelon, orange, lemon juice, or even flavored milk like rose milk or pistachio milk. Each flavor has its own color and taste, making Pepsi Ice playful and cool.
It is flexible and easy to customize as per taste. You can make your favorite sweet flavor, tart flavor, or even add juice and milk for creamy type versions. It is perfect for summers or festival days when you want something quick and refreshing without cooking or any complicated steps.
I usually make Pepsi Ice on summer weekends or for small kids’ parties at home. It’s easy to make, and seeing everyone enjoying it straight from the freezer always brings small joys.
I wanted to try these and make Mitthu experience the fun I had as a child. I was desperately searching for these tubes to fill the juice since last summer, but could not find them. I finally found these zipzicle pouch So tried it at home and enjoyed.

pepsi ice ingredients
- lemon juice – I used it for the spicy taste. It adds freshness and also balances the sweetness.
- rose milk – I used it for its pink color and mild sweet taste. I usually make it at home with rose syrup and milk.
- orange juice – I just add fresh juice for the bright orange color and sour taste. It gives a nice refreshing feeling when frozen.
- Mango juice – I used that tropical sweet flavor and golden yellow color. This makes Pepsi Ice richer in taste.
- pistachio milk – I used it for its light green color and mild nutty flavor. I like to include it because it gives a different taste than fruit juice.
- watermelon juice – I used it for the red color and mild sweet taste. It is very refreshing when frozen.

Expert Tips
- filling bags – I always ensure that the pouches are not overfilled. I leave a little space at the top so that it seals properly and does not leak while freezing.
- to solidify – I usually freeze it for at least 6 to 8 hours so that it becomes completely solid. If there is less freezing, it does not set properly inside.
- labeling flavors – I write the names of the flavors on the sachets using a pen. This helps a lot later so there is no confusion while serving.
- choice of juice – I prefer to use fresh juice because the taste is good. But when time is short, store bought juice also works well.
- served – I take them out of the freezer a few minutes before eating. This makes it easier to cut the bag and the ice does not burst.

serving and storage
Serve straight from the freezer. It is best to eat straight from the bag. During summers, it goes well with small parties or after lunch. Keep the remaining tubes in the freezer, they can keep for a few days. No need to thaw, just enjoy frozen.
