Mallory’s homey yet lofty living room
Last fall, Mallory was finally ready to give her living room the makeover she and her roommate had been dreaming of. The room was a long, white box that lacked any real personality. As you can see in the photo above, it was resolved quickly. She was able to find really beautiful pieces that felt collected and textured.

It is really a perfect blend of attractive, comfortable and chic. I really like a mix of textures – corduroy, linen, leather, fringes, ruffles, stones, metals. The gang is here, and I don’t want to stop staring at it! What I remember most about this design process was how quickly it came together. Mallory both found it very easy to find the items they wanted, and then, once ordered, everything arrived so fast. Ready for another Mallory makeover??
Mallory’s parents’ “No More Sad Grey” living room

Ah, our latest reveal! Mallory’s parents have a long list of incredible talents, but in their own words, home decorating isn’t really one of them. Mallory, being the amazing daughter and designer she is, knew that with a little help from AllModern, this “50 Shades of Actual Grey” living room could sing. As you can clearly see, it’s a symphony!

Between those gorgeous walnut credenzas, the storage coffee table (yes, it has a big drawer!), and the rug, this room that was once gray feels so happy and welcoming. It’s still in the cool, neutral color palette that her parents love, but much better.
We were all drooling in the guest bedroom

Ahh, the guest room is the talk of the world 🙂 My mouth dropped when I saw these pictures. And apart from a few things, it’s absolutely all-modern (even the bed!). My cousin was in town a month after this reveal, and she said she was modeling her primary bedroom after it.

I’m not sure I can pick a favorite piece, but it might have to be the gorgeous camel colored bedding. So high, so versatile, and the slight curve is just subtle, making it unique but not loud.

But then again, how cool is that table lamp + MCM nightstand combo? There’s nothing about this room I don’t like, and it wouldn’t be possible without AllModern’s options.
Gretchen’s Guest Bedroom Switch Up

This makeover was so fun because it used to be Gretchen’s primary bedroom until she decided she wanted to move into the larger second room in her place (it was once her office/craft room, but ended up being more of a storage space than anything functional). still. She wanted this incredibly fun and creative room to be both a guest room and a potential office space.

A sleeper sofa was the perfect thing to make this plan a reality! What she found at AllModern was exactly what she was expecting. It’s a great sofa for everyday use, but then transforms into a luxurious bed. She tried it herself and can attest to its comfort.

But let’s talk about this sideboard! Beautiful, modern, warm and has lots of cupboards for storage. This makes more sense than a dresser because Grech can use it for his extra things instead of having a bunch of drawers for a guest who will likely only be there for a few days. Plus, how awesome is that chrome side table and mirror!? They perfectly contrast the floral wallpaper in the best way.
A tween bedroom to grow

Emily’s niece is one lucky girl! I’m sure most of us would have given anything to have such a nice room when we were teenagers (or even now). But naturally, as a parent (or designer aunt), you want to create a space that your child can grow with, and that when they leave the house, you don’t feel like you need to change it to make it an adult guest room. Allmodern pieces are perfect for this because, as I’ve already said, their pieces are really high quality and long lasting.

As shown through this post, we have enough experience to stand firmly behind their products. Plus, look how beautiful and smooth everything is! Timeless.

And don’t sleep in their bed! Well, wait, definitely sleep in their bed because it’s awesome. How fun are all these colors, patterns and materials together?

I had to show this side of the room because that mirror and side table are so beautiful. They feel special but are also incredibly versatile and perfect for a guest room if that’s what this room is meant to do one day 🙂
Caitlin’s “No More ’90s” Modern Primary Bathroom

Did you know you can get pieces like bathroom vanities, toilets, and beautiful plumbing fixtures (yes, I’m talking about shower kits!)? Yes! And Caitlin got to take full advantage of it with her primary bathroom and her daughters/guest bathroom.

This is such a wonderful modern (yet organic) vanity that completely elevates the space. Everyone should treat AllModern as the one-stop shop that it is.
A playful kids/guest bathroom

And here is the second bathroom. What a dream it must have been to grow up with a bathroom like this. That vanity is beautiful, has tons of texture, and has great storage (important as the kids hit adolescence). If you’re wondering where those super cool mirrors and beautiful faucets are from… you guessed it, AllModern!
A Farmhouse Outdoor Dream Hang Area

Let’s go outside because now is the time to plan your outdoor space (so you don’t panic when the weather is already making your whole family melt :))

Emily decided to add this very wonderful “outdoor living room” a few years ago. As you probably know, Henderson loves to throw parties and does so often, so the more seats, the better. AllModern had just about everything they wanted, and it turned out pretty special.

I mean, look at him! It is being used a lot and everyone likes it.
The River House Kitchen Patio We All Want

Another amazing outdoor allmodern space, but this time it’s at River House. This kitchen patio is more comfortable than most indoor living rooms I’ve seen. It’s modern, a little moody, super textured. Plus, those swinging egg chairs are cool and playful!

The dining area is equally amazing. I’m personally the biggest fan of these S chairs, but instead of the natural woven fiber that they often feature, these are incredibly easy to wipe and/or hose down for fast cleanup.

These stools are another home run. The materials are beautiful, and I love that low back. Attractive but attractive.

Considering Land of Chairs, how cool are these dining chairs!? Great colors and materials to stay comfortable, but not worry about stains. Also, if you don’t know Emily’s rules (aka preferences) for dining chairs, they should be upholstered (check), have curved backs (check), and be comfortable for long, fun dinners (check!).

Finally, I had to admire this rust-colored loveseat. In case you missed the reveal, this is one of Emily’s best friends’ living rooms. It’s full of beautiful colours, textures, shapes and is generally a warm, inviting place. But the real hero is that loveseat. His friends consider it the most comfortable place to sit in the house.
So hopefully, you’re fully convinced (if you weren’t already) that AllModern gives you a one-stop shop for creating a home with pieces that are as beautiful as they are high-quality. These are forever pieces you can send home Fast. If you’re in the market to buy something for your home, visit AllModern’s President’s Day Sale (Again, up to 60% off). It starts today and runs through 2/17. You will not feel sad.
