Hubby is a total tea lover so whenever any drink contains tea he always says yes. This was the main fact that inspired me to try lemon tea and now apple tea. For me, whether it is tea or coffee, I like hot coffee rather than cold coffee. But it was definitely a welcome change from the usual tea and is perfect for summers. I liked the apple flavor best in this tea.

Apple tea is made by first cooking the apples, then pureeing them, adding them to the finished tea and serving them with ice cubes. Apple tea is a refreshing iced tea that is definitely a great alternative to regular black tea or milk tea.

- Apple – Choose Royal Gala apples or Fuji apples.

How to make apple tea
- Cut the apple into pieces and put it in a pan with ¼ cup of water. Let it boil until the apples become soft.

- You can also use ready-made apple juice or grind the apple raw without cooking it.
- Adjust sweetness as per your taste, you can add a teaspoon of sugar if you wish
- The ratio of apple juice:tea powder is entirely up to your preference. If you like the taste you can also increase tea powder. I liked mine a little more apple flavor so the above ratio was fine
- Adding spices is also completely optional. You can also skip this and make simple apple tea.

- 1 small spoon tea powder
- 2 small spoon Honey
- one and a half cup Water
- ¼ small spoon cinnamon powder (optional)
- ¼ small spoon cardamom powder (optional)
