I’ve been wanting to try a splash shot for a long time after seeing all those shimmering images and finally I tried it. I must admit that at least for me it was not easy, without a tripod and a zoom lens it was not easy at all.

Strawberry juice is made by cooking strawberries with sugar into a sauce and then mixing them with cold water and ice cubes. Making strawberry juice is simple, easy and quick.
You can prepare the strawberry sauce, refrigerate and store it. When you want to make juice, you can mix it in water and serve it with ice cubes. Strawberries are in season so make use of them as this juice is very refreshing.

How to make strawberry juice step by step
1. Combine strawberries with other ingredients except ice cubes. Then take the mixture in a saucepan and cook until it comes to a boil. Let it cool and then store it. Mix 2 tbsp sauce and lemon juice in ½ cup water.

Add sugar if required. Simply blend once and add ice cubes before serving.

Strawberry juice
Strawberry juice is a heart-warming cool drink made by combining strawberries with lemon extract and sugar. Strawberry juice is simple, quick to make and a great alternative to tea/coffee during summers. Strawberry juice recipe explained with step by step pictures in this post.
Material
- 1 cup strawberry fresh and coarsely chopped
- 2 small spoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Sugar adjust to taste
- one and a half cup cold water
- 4 to 5 ice cubes
Instruction

Wash the strawberries in water and filter them. Remove leaves and roughly chop strawberries

Mix strawberries with other ingredients except ice cubes.

While serving, add ice cubes and serve chilled.
To make the strawberry sauce (which can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days):

Blend the chopped strawberries and sugar together in a mixer until smooth – do not add water.
