I am not really a big fan of Bhel Puri but just because of the crunchiness of the sev and the pori I like it. I like Bhel Puri served with egg shells which is popular here in Coimbatore. Bhel Puri is basically a mixture of several ingredients.

About Bhel Puri
Bhel Puri is a delicious snack made using puffed rice, papdi or puri, chaat chutney, masala powder, raw onion, tomato, sev and coriander leaves. The list of ingredients sounds long but it is easy to make at home.
Once the ingredients are prepared, Bhel Puri is very easy to put together. It is perfect to serve for parties and get-togethers. Bhel Puri is one of the popular street food chaats of Mumbai. Nowadays its popularity has increased in South India also.

- Porgy – Pori also known as puffed rice is one of the main ingredients of Bhel Puri.
- Papdi – Ready-made papdis are available in stores, you can buy them or make papdis at home. You can also take puri instead of it.

2. Mix quickly, then add papdi, sev and finally garnish with coriander leaves and mix well. Serve immediately.

If you wish, you can add more sev and puffed rice as garnish before serving and enjoy your homemade bhel puri.
