About Oats Soup
Oats soup is nutritious and made of oats, vegetables, milk, spices and herbs. Made with pantry staples, this soup tastes great and is healthy, too. Even kids will love it because it’s so creamy and delicious.
I’m sure it’s a great alternative to the usual Tasty Oatmeal We have it. Oats are a healthy ingredient to start the day with.

Oats Soup Ingredients
- oats – I have used quick cooking oats which is best for this soup. If you have rolled oats, pulse it to break it up and then use it.
- Milk- Use boiled fresh milk.
- vegetables – I have used onion and carrot. You can also use capsicum, mushroom etc.
- herbs Garlic, oregano, black pepper powder and coriander leaves are used.
- olive oil – Olive oil gives excellent taste to the soup.

How to make Oats Soup step by step
1. Prepare carrots, garlic and onion by finely chopping them. First heat olive oil in a pan – add garlic and fry until golden brown, then add onion and fry until light brown, then add carrots.

2. Fry until the raw smell of carrots comes out, then add oats and fry for 3 minutes. Then add water to it and let it boil until the oats are cooked. Maybe you can cook covered.

3. When the water almost dries up and the vegetable becomes a little soft, add milk to it and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add salt as required. Then add carom seeds, black pepper powder, garnish with coriander leaves and close it.

Serve with hot greased bread or soup sticks!

Expert Tips
