Expert Tips
- I used home made flour which has already been sifted and stored. If you are using store-bought flour, you may wish to sift the flour and powdered sugar together.
- You can also add chopped nuts instead of powder. I have powdered it only for Mittus, as he is not comfortable cutting the nuts in between.
- Cardamom has the best flavor in this recipe so don’t skip it.
- Stays good at room temperature for more than a week.
- Always mix the ghee little by little, then add it again so that there are no lumps. Adding ghee little by little also helps us to control the ghee. If you are able to shape them with less ghee then that is also fine.
- You can also mix chopped raisins with ground nuts.
serving and storage
Store in an airtight container at room temperature to maintain freshness. This laddu remains good for about a week at room temperature.
