How to make Masala Chaas step by step
1. Dry roast the cumin seeds for a few minutes or until they turn light brown and give off a nice aroma. Then powder it with a hand mortar and pestle or grind it in a mixer. For roasting I used 1 tsp cumin.

2.I just wanted to show that black salt (yes black salt is pink in color :)) seems like it was new to me when my sister gave it to me. In a mixer, add curd, mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, roasted cumin powder (reserve ½ teaspoon cumin powder to sprinkle while serving) and blend it to make a smooth mixture.

Serve chilled roasted cumin powder sprinkled on it. Garnish with coriander leaves.
