Like most of us, Ikea has a true place in my heart. It’s one of the only non-thrift stores I could shop at in my 20s and early 30s, and yet I still get a burst of dopamine just wandering their aisles. As a Scandinavian design lover, they check all the boxes for me and man, they do such a great job of creating design-forward pieces that are so simple (and therefore timeless). On a recent trip, I bought a few things I loved (and saw a lot of things I didn’t need but wanted to call).

SKOGSKOVALL King Bedspread – $90
obviously, this sheet Sung for my boro-loving heart. It looks very high-end and handmade, but it cost less than $100 for a king-size. It now lives on my bed (new bedroom to be revealed soon!).

HOSTGENTIANA FULL/QUEEN DUVET COVER AND PILLOWCASE – $30
It is very difficult to get plaid right. They may look too “baby” or horribly ’80s. This one My entire complexion felt fresh and sweet with crisp colors. I bought it for Charlie’s bedroom (soon to be swapped out for a big old bed – Charlie wants Elliot’s bed, Elliot wants Charlie’s Ikea bed so he can reupholster it in purple fabric – I told them both we’d talk about it this summer).

Stockholm 2025 Table Lamp – $80
it is best tv watching lamp Because there is zero light leakage which can distract in a dark room. It’s like a giant night light with the warmest glow. It doesn’t provide a lot of light, so it’s not meant to help with reading, but it’s perfect for the nighttime atmosphere you leave it in.

Cuddalava Table Lamp – $18
$18 for so good sculpture lamp!!! We had a project where we were going to put that lamp and the lamp below it (and that project is on hold, so we’ll see), but this is a very nice lamp for under $20. It’s on the small side, FYI.

Windcraft Table Lamp – $40
this is the second one extremely economical That looks very expensive. Now such paper lamps do not even give light; Most of it is sad, so it’s great for a certain type of atmosphere. But I think it looks artistic and high-end despite being so affordable.

FENGÖMMARE Coffee/Tea Spoon (Set of 2) – $10
this spoon These are so fun, cute, and perfect for my coffee bar inside our pantry. I don’t know how things are made so cheaply (it’s real glass!), but I’m grateful for it.

Flodneznoga Spoon (Set of 3) – $6
definitely didn’t need these wooden spoonsBut the size is perfect, and they went in my cart.

Windsickt Dustpan and Broom – $25
This was a great need because our kitchen brooms were plastic and ugly. so This broom and dust pan We now live in our pantry, and we pull these out in between mid-week deep cleans.

Clokhet Unscented Taper Candles (Set of 8) – $7 | Turturduva Candlestick Holder – $4
So cute and perfect for spring. each taper Come in at less than $1, so if you’re having an Easter feast in the evening, these are great. cute little candlestick holders People and Scandi at their best.
Since I obviously couldn’t buy everything I liked, here’s a little summary of some of the other pieces 🙂

SOLUPPGANG PLATE | SPJUTLILJA 3-Piece Serving Set | Silversida Deep Plate/Bowl
The dinnerware from Ikea is really nice! I like them all for different reasons. But if I needed outdoor plates and bowls, I’d have my eye on them those enamel ones.

OMMJANGE PITCHER | SPJUTLILJA SPICE MILL (set of 2)
How good are these two? that pot It’s so cute and even comes in cups and bowls! And wow, get those graphic masala Are amazing.

VäLVÅRDADDISH towel (Pack of 4) | Likaad Baking/Serving Dish (set of 2)
striped and ruffled kitchen towels? Yes, please. A steal at about $2 a pop. Then I love how beautiful and functional it is those dishes Are.

Doughtrips Plant Pot | Hasselbuket Plant Pot
Both of these cost less than $15! The colors are neutral, but the shapes are cool and fun. 10/10.

MÅBÄRSBUSKE Plant Pot | Doftrips Watering Can
If you haven’t heard, now is the time to think about your outdoor spaces. Planters are something I use all the time, but often they are expensive… especially large ones. This one It’s only $50! and you know i love a beautiful watering can. And an affordable one is even better.

OMMJANGE BASKET | Chocoladhj Food Storage Box (Set of 2) | Trashcan Bin with Lid
Another thing that IKEA is great for is beautiful storage. i love how big but fun that woven basket Is. It’s got personality, you know? Then how cute and simple are these for stackable storage (especially in pantries) those wooden crates? Ultimately, it’s a bit cheating because I have them blue boxes In my prop garage but I love them so they needed to be included.
Okay, that’s my current IKEA review. I like shopping there. The design is great and the prices can’t be beat. Do you guys have any favourites? tell me. xx
