This is one of the easiest and quickest chats you can do. It is very easy to assemble the chaat if you have the ingredients, especially with this chaat, as the main work is boiling the gram, potatoes and preparing the chutney.
If you are willing to do quick things then you can make this and enjoy. It satisfies your craving for conversation and is also complete, filling and healthy.

- Potato – Cook the potatoes until they become soft and mash them.
- Gram – – Soak white gram overnight and cook until it becomes soft.

How to make Aloo Chana Chaat

- Remove the peel, mash it coarsely and keep it aside.
- Now add gram and boiled potatoes in a bowl, add chaat masala powder, lemon juice, chilli powder, salt, green chutney, date chutney and mix well.
- Finally add onion and garnish with coriander leaves and sev. Enjoy Aloo Chana Chaat!

- one and a half cup Gram
- 1 medium sized Potato
- one and a half small spoon Chili powder
- one and a half small spoon Roasted Cumin Powder
- one and a half small spoon Spice
- 1 and Β½ tablespoon green chutney
- 1 and Β½ tablespoon date chutney
- 1 Big Onion
- 1 tablespoon green coriander finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon save
