About Biscoff Milkshake
Biscoff milkshake is a rich and delicious drink prepared by mixing milk with ice cream, Biscoff spread and biscuits. It has become quite popular due to its rich biscuit flavor and creamy texture. The ingredients mix well together and give a thick creamy milkshake consistency.
The flavor is primarily caramel-like with mild cinnamon and a biscuit texture. Biscoff biscuits have a distinct taste and when added to milkshakes, it gives more depth than regular milkshakes. The spread also makes the drink richer and smoother. You can taste the biscuit flavor the entire time and it lingers after every sip.
You can change this milkshake in many ways depending on your preference. Some people add chocolate sauce for extra flavor while others add more biscuits for a thicker texture. If you prefer a slightly thicker milkshake, you can add a scoop of additional ice cream. The toppings can also be changed depending on what you have at home.
I make this for my kids and it doesn’t take much time and the ingredients are easy to put together. It can be made during summer days or whenever you feel like eating something sweet and cold.

Biscoff Milkshake Ingredients
- Milk – I used full cream milk for creamy texture and better taste and richness in the drink.
- ice cream – Add ice cream to the drink for a thicker texture and creamy taste and you can use vanilla or caramel flavored ice cream.
- Biscoff Spread – Used for the main flavor in this milkshake and it mixes easily with milk. It tastes like caramel biscuit and you can add a little more if you like a stronger flavour. I used homemade Biscoff spread.
- Biscoff Biscuits – I have used biscuits for blending and also for topping. They add texture and flavor and you can crush them a little coarsely and add it to the garnish.

Expert Tips
- Milk – I use cold milk because it keeps the milkshake cold without the need for extra ice cubes.
- blend well – I mix everything until smooth and frothy and it gives a nice texture and doesn’t get over mixed.
- adjust thickness -If you want a thicker milkshake you can add additional ice cream. I find that more biscuits also makes the shake thicker and creamier.
- Garnish -I like to add whipped cream and biscuit pieces just before serving. This keeps the toppings fresh and gives a better texture.
- sweetness level – Biscoff spread and biscuits are already sweetened so taste before adding anything extra. Most of the time there is no need for additional sweetness as the spread and biscuits are sweet enough.
serving and storage
Let it cool and serve with whipped cream and crushed Biscoff biscuits on top; it tastes best when served immediately after mixing while it remains thick and creamy. If you like, you can sprinkle some Biscoff spread on top. Keep in the refrigerator for a few hours and consume it on the same day.
