Vermicelli Kheer Ingredients
- Vermicelli – I Used roasted vermicelli, but make sure to fry it for at least a few seconds, even if it is fried.
- Milk – Use fresh full cream milk. If you do not have fresh milk available, toned milk will also work.
- Sugar – I used regular granulated white sugar. You can alternate the sugar with jaggery powder, jaggery syrup, cane sugar and make sure to increase the quantity accordingly.
- Ghee – Ghee is used for roasting dry fruits and nuts.
- Nuts, dried fruits – I have used cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins.
