Chikku Milkshake is a healthy, tasty and nutritious milkshake. It is given to children to gain healthy weight. It is a sweet, juicy fruit that many people love and it is one of my favorite fruits. Even in the days when I was not fond of most fruits, this chiku was one of my favourites.

About Chikku Milkshake
Chikko or Chikoo or Sapodilla is a fruit widely available in India. There are many variations of this milkshake, I have shared a simple version milk, chickoo and sugar which is healthy and can be taken anytime without any guilt.
Chicco is a juicy and sweet fruit so it is great for making milkshakes. Amma often makes chikoo milkshake because we had a chikoo tree in our backyard. I usually enjoy it as fruit and sometimes she makes this milkshake and I love it.
This Chicco Milkshake is the best way to feed Chicco fruits to kids. Check the sweetness of the fruit and use sugar accordingly. It is definitely a healthy and tasty alternative to store-bought canned drinks. It is not only delicious but also a healthy drink.
Be it fruit or flavored milkshake is always my favorite and this Chikku Milkshake has been my favorite since childhood.

Chikku Milkshake Ingredients
- Chikku (Sapota) – Choose ripe fruit so that it is sweet and juicy.
- Milk – Use cold milk. You can also use frozen milk for extra thickness and creaminess.

How to make Chicco Milkshake step by step
- Blend the chikku with ½ cup milk in a mixer for 30 seconds until the chikku is mixed well.
- Add remaining milk, honey and blend for 10 seconds.
- Garnish with honey if desired and serve the chikoo milkshake chilled!

- Adding sugar or honey is totally your choice but I like the taste of honey in it.
- For better taste you can also add a small scoop of vanilla ice cream and mix it with milkshake.
- Choose ripe sapota for milkshake.

- 1 cup Baked chickpeas with skin peeled remove seeds and chop finely
- 2 small spoon adjust honey to taste
