Dahi Puri and dahi papdi chat are my favorite chat and Pav Bhaji Comes next. I love anything with curd and when it is accompanied with crispy papdi, spicy chutney, crunchy onions and sev, it is hard to say no to it. And this is the best chaat for summers as it is not spicy and goes well with sweet curd.

About Dahi Papdi Chat
Dahi Padi Chaat is made using papdi, mashed potatoes, sweet chutney, green chutney, spice powder, curd, onion, coriander leaves, sev etc. You can also use home made papdi or store bought papdi.
Even chaat chutney is available in supermarkets. So you can simply buy the material and assemble it. I always prepare the ingredients a day in advance so that it can be simply assembled on the day of serving.
Dahi Papdi Chaat recipe can be easily converted into Dahi Puri Chaat by replacing papdi with puri. Be sure to have this chat and enjoy!

Dahi Papdi Chaat Ingredients
- Papdi – Ready-made papdis are available in stores, you can buy them or make papdis at home.
- Curd – Curd should be thick, beat it well with sugar and salt and use.
- Potato – Cook the potatoes until they become soft and mash them.
- lick the chutneys – Green chutney and sweet chutney are added.
- spice powder – Red chilli powder, chaat masala powder are added.

How to make Dahi Papdi Chaat
1.First of all prepare all the ingredients. Spread the papdi in a plate, then add boiled potatoes cut into cubes and add onions on top.

2. Mix sugar and salt in curd and beat it well. Then add curd, sweet and green chutney to it.

3.Now sprinkle chilli powder and chaat masala powder. Add sev over it and finally add green coriander. Add more curd if you wish.

I have added 7 papdis in a plate, you can adjust as per your choice. Enjoy making your own homemade Dahi Papdi Chaat.

Expert Tips
- you can also add sprouted green gram As we put in Dahi Puri
- If you like sev more then the solution is totally our choice. Plus or minus as per your choice.
- You can make papdi in advance and store it in an airtight container for the remaining chaat.
- If you want, you can also use cold curd. Adding sugar is completely optional but I recommend adding it for added taste.
serving and storage
You can prepare papdi, chutney, sev. On the day of serving, cook the potatoes, chop the onions, prepare them with coriander leaves masala powder and finally assemble the chaat and serve immediately.

- green chutney As needed
- sweet chutney
- 1 cup thick curd As needed
- 1 potatoes boiled
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
