About Bread Rasmalai
Rasmalai This is my favorite any time and I love ending my meal/dinner with it. since i started making Rabdi I’ve been trying different combinations with it myself. Especially after our heavy biryani lunch on Sunday, I crave for some milk based sweets and one such day I made this easy bread rasmalai. They are not only easy but also comparatively guilt-free.
The method is almost the same as making Rasmalai, except that we change it rasgullas Enjoy bread rasgullas with bread slices and in rabri. So try this easy bread rasmalai and enjoy!

Bread Rasmalai Ingredients
- Bread – Use bread with milk for best taste.
- Milk – Use full cream milk to make the rabri thicker and more creamy.
- condensed milk – This adds flavor and richness to the rasmalai.
- Sugar – White granulated sugar is used.
- Taste – Saffron and cardamom powder are the main flavors here.
- dry fruits – You can use chopped almonds, pistachios and cashews.
How to make Bread Rasmalai step by step
1.Take a wide heavy bottom vessel, grease it with some ghee and add condensed milk + milk in it. Let it boil and reduce the flame to medium. Keep stirring it until the milk thickens and reduces to half. Meanwhile take 2 tbsp hot milk, add saffron threads to it and crush it well, keep aside.

2.Now add saffron milk to boiling water and keep stirring. Then add sugar and keep stirring. This mixture is called Rabdi and its taste is wonderful in itself.

3. Place it in the SIM and shake it until its volume reduces. Fry the dry fruits in ghee and add them to the rabri and mix well. Add cardamom powder and mix quickly.

4. When the rabri becomes thick, close it and keep it in the refrigerator. Meanwhile, take bread pieces, cut off the corners. Take a small lid and press it gently on the bread slices to make small balls. While serving, take a bowl and add rabri in it and add round pieces of bread.

Delicious easy bread rasmalai ready in minutes. Always serve it cold!

Expert Tips
- Chill the rabri until time to serve. Apart from this, do not soak the bread beforehand, add it while serving.
- You can also fry the bread lightly in ghee and mix it in rabri.
- You can also take 1 tablespoon milk powder for thickness and taste.
serving and storage
Bread Rasmalai is best when served cold. Keep in the fridge and it stays good for 2-3 days.
