Grape juice is very refreshing especially during summers and it is perfect to have a glass now. I love the taste of grapes and that’s why Bovonto is my favorite. Although I’m not a huge fan of grapes, I wanted to try grape juice this summer and here’s the recipe. The tart flavor of lemon pairs well with grapefruit, so don’t skip it!

About Grape Juice
To make grape juice, the grapes are first blended in a blender, strained to remove the seeds and then mixed with sugar and lemon juice. Grape juice is tangy, delicious, and easy to make at home, definitely better than store-bought bottled drinks.
As I usually say, homemade juice is always best and juice is meant to be consumed freshly made. There are many benefits of consuming fresh grape juice including being a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

- black grapes It would be better to choose seedless fresh black grapes. Wash it thoroughly with water and then use it.
- Lemon -Use lemon juice.
- sweetener -I have used white sugar, you can use brown sugar or leave it out.

How to make grape juice step by step
1. Remove the grapes from the stalk and wash them thoroughly. Put it in the blender/mixer.

2. Grind it with some water and make a fine paste. Strain through a metal strainer, add water to strain the juice easily. Discard seeds and waste. Squeeze lemon juice.

3.Add sugar and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely. Add plenty of ice cubes and serve chilled.

While serving, add ice cubes and serve chilled.

- Adjust the sugar level according to the sourness of the grapes.
- Do not dilute the juice too much. Add ice cubes only while serving otherwise the juice will become too dilute.
