About Capsicum Raita
Capsicum raita can be made by seasoning the capsicum, roasting it and finally mixing it with whipped curd. Capsicum raita is a great accompaniment to rice meals, rotis and chapattis and can be prepared in minutes.
Raita is made a lot during the summer season because it has a cooling effect. This capsicum raita is different from our usual carrot or onion raita. It’s very fresh and tastes great. I like it best with stuffed parathas, but it also goes well with biryani, pulao etc.
