- Bread – You can take white or wheat bread slices. You can use sandwich bread or milk bread as per your choice.
How to make breadcrumbs step by step
1. Cut off the edges of the bread slices (optional, you can also use the corners). For immediate use: Fry the bread on a pan until crisp and then grind it in a mixer. Another way is to collect the bread slices in a plastic wrapper and put it in the freezer for about an hour, the bread will dry out then you can pulse it.
I chose the oven toast method – preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes, place the bread slices in the trays and bake for 5-7 minutes or until the bread slices turn golden brown.
