This week’s house tour is a stunning Devol kitchen. This home was originally built in 1890, and this special space was once a swimming pool! It is now a beautiful kitchen with lots of collectible pieces and great cabinetry.
From Emily: these leopard pants This is for all of you/us who want to be a leopard but not in “Peggy Frome” married with Children“Kind of a way. They’re baggy, but have a nice barrel shape that isn’t schlubby. They have pockets on the front (not adding bulkiness on the side of the hips), an elastic waist, and hit straight at the ankle. They definitely have volume, but are still really flattering. I’ve worn them with sweaters, denim shirts, sweatshirts, flats, mules, and slippers. Just an easy throw and go that doesn’t feel high maintenance. Does, but definitely looks stylish. I’m wearing a size small, and in pants they are larger, but any smaller and I wouldn’t be as comfortable in the waist.

From Jess: For whatever reason, I’ve been putting off watching Steve Carell’s new show, chicken. I think it was because I liked Steve so much that if there was a chance he wouldn’t be the “good guy” in this new role, my heart couldn’t accept it. At least not right now… Well, great news, he’s a nice guy, and the show is very cute and easy to watch. I watched 6 episodes last Sunday. It’s also a Bill Lawrence show, recently created ted lasso And shrinkSo you know you are in good hands. Oh, and I really love this reboot scrubs (Bill’s show too). It feels exactly like a continuation of the original sound and heart. He performed it well.
From Gretchen: The sun is coming out a little more in Oregon, which means I’m taking my legs out of their cages and leaning toward a more regular fake tan routine. But at the same time, I found myself needing darker makeup to match. From Marley: I saw someone recommending it on TikTok This gradual tanning lotionAnd I decided to try it because it’s so affordable – it’s great! I’m so happy it’s finally starting to get warmer outside, but man, my feet haven’t seen the light of day yet. tall. This lotion is nice because it gives you a really *subtle* tan, but it’s very easy to apply, doesn’t look streaky enough, and you literally can’t mess it up. I usually apply it to my legs and arms after every other shower, and I like that it doesn’t smell weird. I would say it takes about 3 applications to build up, and it’s very little effort, which is the biggest appeal for me. I am also using $20 face drops From the same brand, and they’re just as good for $60 tan lux falls Which I have been using for years.
From Caitlin: I just stocked up on this two-pack incredible natural deodorant From Megababe (and saved a lot of dough in the process!). I know what you’re thinking – “Natural deodorant doesn’t work.“But you’re wrong! Hear me out: I’m a sweaty woman. I’ve been wearing this deodorant consistently since 2019 and am happy to report that it helps me smell like a fresh lily flower every single day! Single. Day! It really is that good – even Denise uses it and will confirm that it works for her man sweat too. I’ve been through the scents and formulas I cycle – Santhal is my favourite, swindler Is divine (that’s what attracted me!), Green Never fails (this is Dan’s favorite – it works magic), cocoa It’s sweet and summery (I’m not a fan of coconut at all, but I still look forward to eating it every morning!), and shine It’s a perfect fit for me – and I really love the way they apply and last all day. From Arlene: During our trip across the country last week, we were in and out of people’s houses (thanks Jess), Airbnbs, and airports. The TVs were packed, my phone’s battery was screaming for help and in general, my nervous system was a complete mess. My daughter got a paint-by-sticker book for her birthday (thanks to Veronica, one of our favorite EHD photographers), and I decided to pick up an adult version for me and my husband in case we needed to keep our minds occupied without screens. Thank God I did it. i found myself 90’sWhich is so funny and nostalgic, and I got my husband architecture one. These make wonderful gifts for yourself or someone else, are affordable, and provide you with hours of no-tech enjoyment.
From Mallory: I’m currently preparing my outdoor space for summer, so I was looking at beautiful outdoor accent pillows and I gasped when I saw them. This extra-long bolster From our favourites: Lulu and Georgia. When we’re not using our cushions for long walks I move them inside, so I hate having to move hundreds of throw pillows in and out – so the single tall sofa pillow is perfect for me. I got it in blue, but I love them all!!
